Washington Agricultural Leadership Experience (WALE)

WALE is a career exploration conference designed to help students discover opportunities within the agricultural industry while building professional skills and connections. Throughout the experience, participants will engage with agricultural professionals, tour industry operations, and gain firsthand insight into the many career pathways available in modern agriculture.

The 2026 WALE Conference will take place July 29-31, 2026, with the event expected to be hosted in the Yakima/Tri-Cities area. Final location details will be announced soon.

Only 50 students will be selected to participate in this year’s program. Chapters may submit 2-5 applicants; however, students are expected to complete the application individually. Thanks to the support of our partners and sponsors, lodging and meals during the conference will be provided for all selected participants.
